1. Post Your Project
You can always post your project for free. Once you post your project, you will start receiving bids from freelancers. You can browse through the bids and look for the skills you need to get your work done. Make an offer or accept the offer from the freelancers and start your project.
2. Choose The Perfect Freelancer
- You can browse freelancers profiles once you receive the bids.

3. Pay When You Are Satisfied!
Once you are satisfied with the work, then only you pay. Pay through Freelancer's Milestone Payment System. You can release the payment according to the schedule and goals achieved by the freelancer. When 100% work is done and you are fully satisfied, You pay the full amount. You are in full control of your payments.
Freelancer has a great service for your project management. If you want your project to be managed by someone, you can hire a project manager from Freelancer and leave your work to him/her. You can decide the timeline and pricing for the project. Freelancer provides this service on hourly base. You will be billed weekly on the basis of time spent by the project manager on your project. You can cancel the service anytime if you are not satisfied.

Fees and Charge
Freelancer is free to sign up, post a project, receive bids from freelancers, review the freelancer's portfolio and discuss the project requirements. If you choose to award the project, and the freelancer accepts, Freelancer will charge you a small project fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. The cost and how this fee is charged depends on the type of project.
For fixed price projects, a fee of 3% or $3.00 (whichever is greater) is charged at the time a project that has been awarded by you has been accepted by each freelancer you have awarded. If you subsequently pay the freelancer more than the original bid amount we will also charge the project fee for any overage payments. For hourly projects, a fee of 3% is levied on each payment that you make to the freelancer.
