NoBroker – An Indian Housing Startup Raises $7M Series B Funding from Korea’s KTB


NoBroker, the India based startup with a goal to make property listing and selling totally agent free. NoBroker aims to make brokerage absolute by keeping the buying and selling experience pretty transperant.

The company has raised a series B funding February this year for an figure of $10 million and now the new year will be all cheers with an extended funding of $7 million by Korea’s KTB Ventures in collaboration with existing SAIF Partners, Beenext and Digital Garage. This investment will be maiden one by Korean investor in India.

CEO Agarwal, mentioned that “This Korean venture investment will pave the way to explore more ideas and gather experiences from the Korean companies which can help us in long run for the global expansion”.

NoBroker is active in four cities Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune — across which it claims to have 1.5 million customers. With the new release of funding, Company is planning to expand to other populous cities in India and reach out to 20 cities in near future. No Broker plans to expand their presence gradually with focus on the business model and giving the best benefits to the owners, tenants and other house seeking customers.
