Motorola released the teaser of its upcoming Foldable Razr that is going to be released on 13th November this year. 2019 started with the rumors of Motorola’s foldable phone.
Being one of the early product models of Motorola, the new vertically folding screen Razr’s release is much expected.
There were several rumors regarding the handset’s features, price, and release. Putting an end to these speculations to a large extent, Motorola announced the upcoming Foldable Razr phone in February 2019. As the teaser is out, finally the launching is just around the corner.
According to CNET, the telecommunication company has sent out invites for the 13th November event. "You're going to flip," Motorola's invite says.
The date is revealed in a gif teaser, and the showcased part of the phone in it resembles RAZR V3. It doesn’t look similar to a truly foldable screen like Samsung’s Galaxy Fold.
The Motorola phone will fold inward like its popular Razr flip phones unlike the foldable phones from other brands.
According to the invitation, the event will feature special guests and musical performers, as well as "a journey through immersive experiences." Even though there will be different unveiling, it is expected to focus on the new foldable phone.
In September 2019, CNET had reported that the company aimed at launching the new Razr in the summer. As it missed the date, it was postponed to the end of 2019.
Before the launch itself, many features have been leaked. It’s also been expected that the phone would cost around $1,500. 6.2 inches, run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, and have a 2,730mAh battery, 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GM or 128GB of storage, are some of the leaked features.
