Micromax Announced Budget Phones, Bharat 5 Plus and Bharat 5 Pro

On Friday, Indian smartphone supremo, Micromax launched the much-desired combination of latest technology and lowest budget in the model of Micromax Bharat 5. Coming with a massive 5000 mAh battery along with the partnership offer of Vodafone, the smartphone is all set to hit the stores near you.

In fact, the company is all set to launch two more smartphones of the same caliber and the same series, namely Bharat 5 Plus and Bharat 5 Pro that will come up in the next two months.An average of 6 million Bharat-Series smartphones is expected to be by March 2018.

Shubhodip Pal, the Chief Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer of Micromax Informatics, was quoted saying,

“Bharat 5 like its predecessors will truly drive the next phase of smartphone adoption in the country, as a smartphone with 5000mAh battery is pivotal for a market like India where the tier 3-4 cities still face severe power outage issues.”

Micromax Bharat 5 Launch Offer

The Bharat 5 has been launched at the affordable price of Rs. 5,555/- only with a bundle offer by a partner, Vodafone. It will be available for purchase via offline stores across the country. It stands in fierce competition to rivals such as the Xiaomi Redmi 5A, which too banks customers on its battery power. Micromax's launch offer believes that the new or existing Vodafone customers can get an additional of 10 GB  along with the purchase 1 GB of data every month, for 5 consecutive months and making a total of 50 GB of additional data.

Micromax Bharat 5 Features-

The phone runs on Android Nougat and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It has 1GB of DDR 3 RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage and has 5000mAh battery that lasts two days long. The smartphone has a pair of 5-megapixel cameras and features LED flash modules along with a 5.2-inch HD display. In fact, it has impressive specifications such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, and obviously the Micro-USB.
