Healthtech Startup Medicalwale Launches Night Owls 24*7 Medical Services

April 3rd, 2020

In the period of COVID-19 pandemic, suddenly all the new tactics such as new customers reached, new services launched, operation model implementation and many more other tactics have been chalked out overnight.

The Mumbai-based healthcare startup “Medicalwale” also has the same strategies. In 2017, Obaid Abdul Aziz founded Medicalwale. It is bringing all the medical pharmacies, suppliers and distributors all together in both the online and offline platforms. Moreover, it is operating a B2B business model.

Medicalwale comes with a wide range of products such as beauty, wellness, health, and fitness. However, when it comes to everyday and emergency medicines, it doesn’t allow users to place their orders directly. But now things have been changed, as Medicalwale is providing “Night owls” 24*7 doorstep services of health essential to all the users.

Due to the national lockdown, online medicines and pharmacies delivery are not running properly and supply distribution is the reason behind it. Despite this, Medicalwale.com is improving services and ensuring medical essentials reach people without a delay.

Founder and CEO of Medicalwale, Obaid Abdul Aziz said, access to 24*7 services and medicines essential is a right of all the citizens around. It’s delivery partners Medlife, 1mg, and many others have already been hit due to the shortage of staff. Therefore, Medicalwale has decided to launch our very own services that ensure medicines will reach your doorstep at any time, any place.

Aziz further said, the main focus of a startup is to deliver periodic medicines, which is especially for the old age citizens who are diagnosed with cardiac, hypertension, diabetes, and many other health issues.

Medicalwale is in talks with a government-approved test-kit supplier. It is planning to enhance the quality of COVID-19 kits, and provide medical facilities.

Nowadays, public health advisories are asking every citizen to stay home and reschedule their hospital trip, and Medicalwale has a new feature of online doctor consultation where users can address their health issues without spending a single penny. Moreover, the users can talk to the doctor, and can also discuss COVID-19 concerns.
