Edison Interactive, a West Palm Beach, Florid based SaaS technology company which is having specialization in developing the custom brand experiences for the mobile environments, has received a minority interest investment.
Golf legend, Greg Norman and his investing partner, David Chessler will going to provide the company with $10.7 Million including the $9.5 Million in the debt financing for some of the new initiatives. Post investment, Norman will be going to join as the Edison Board of Director.
The new raised fund will be going to be used to accelerate the product innovation and further expansion.
The startup which is co-founded by the Jeremy Ostermiller and Nick Stanitz Harper. Edison Interactive specializes in developing the custom brand experiences for the mobile environments which is more focused on innovating the digital experiences in rental vehicles, ride-shares, airplanes, corporate housing, golf cars and other sort of verticals. The company also provides the premium content and programmatic advertising opportunities for its clients.
