Citrix system Inc. has now acquired the Sapho, which is a San Bruno, California based provider of a micro-app platform. The deal has been closed at $200 Million.
The deal will be going to help the Citrix to enhance the guided work capabilities within the Citrix Workspace, and enabling people to work at speed.
Sapho, which is led by the Fouad ElNaggar, CEO. It enables the companies to automatically surface the personalized and relevant tasks from the existing systems and deliver to any of the device, collaboration tool or intranet. With the help of a pre-defined API’s that integrate with the enterprise applications/software and more than 50 micro-apps for the tools such as the Workday, Salesforce, Concur, Outlook, Google Drive, ServiceNow and much more. Companies can even guide their employees with their most common work so that they can get things done on time and move on.
