ByteCubed, which is an Arlington, VA-based technology company which is even more specializes in innovating government programs, has now acquired Reno, NV-based InterKn, a provider of a data analytics and machine learning platform for defense innovation.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed by the company officials.
The company which is founded in the year 2016 by Mike Pansky, CEO, InterKn is a proprietary technology platform that connects enterprise buyers with suppliers by dynamically surfacing available funding, technology needs, and data insights.

This is ByteCubed's second acquisition this year, having recently acquired CHIEF, an award-winning creative agency, under the direction of veteran leader Trudeau. “Combining InterKn's proven technical underpinnings and CHIEF's creative strategy will translate to a more powerful platform for our clients,” continued Trudeau.
